Categories of personal data processed when not collected from the data subject
The personal data acquired by the “Owner” during the use of the site are as follows:
- simple master data (first name, last name, address, telephone, e-mail with reference to the contact form);
- technical and analytical data, collected automatically through the use of technical cookies or automatic logs (IP address).
Purposes of processing
Users' data are collected exclusively for the following purposes:
- response to feedbacks collected through forms on the website;
- technical management of the website;
- collection of analytical data on website traffic.
Users may obtain clarification of the purpose of data collection or what data is actually being collected by contacting the “Owner”. Where Users consider the data processed to be excessive in relation to the above purposes, they may contact the Data Protection Officer.
Legal basis of processing
Personal data are processed by the “Owner” with the User's prior consent regarding the contact form, or in the performance of its institutional tasks of public interest or otherwise related to the exercise of its institutional powers and duties.
Categories of data recipients
The “Owner”, in the performance of its activities and to deliver its services, may transmit data to the following categories of Recipients:
- Public Administrations;
- Technical service providers, hosting providers and cloud service providers.
Recipients are appointed, if necessary, as Data Processor Officers by the “Owner”. The updated list of Data Processor Officers can be obtained from the “Owner”. The Data Processor Officeers, according to the contract entered into, are obliged to use the personal data exclusively for the purposes indicated by the “Owner”, not to store them beyond the indicated duration, and not to transmit them to third parties without the explicit authorization of the “Owner”.
Place of data processing
Personal data are processed at the offices of the “Owner” and the offices of the telematics service providers (who act as Data Processor Officers) wherever they are located within the European Union. The “Owner” does not intend to transfer personal data to third countries or International Organizations.
Methods of the processing of collected data
The “Owner” processes Users' personal data by taking appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification or destruction of personal data. The processing is also carried out using computer and/or telematic tools, with organizational methods and technical measures adequate to ensure data security.
Data retention times.
Site access logs are retained for 15 days. Personal data acquired through forms are processed for the time necessary to carry out the requested service and in any case no longer than six months.
Rights of Users
Users, to whom the personal data refer, have the right to obtain from the “Owner” access to their personal data, the updating, integration, rectification or cancellation thereof, the restriction of the processing and the right to object to the same, to request the transformation of the data into anonymous form or the blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data whose storage is not necessary in relation to the purposes of processing.
Users have the right to revoke their consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before revocation.
Requests should be addressed to the “Owner”. Data subjects may, likewise, contact the Data Protection Officer for all matters concerning the processing of their personal data and the exercise of their rights. It is the right of Users to lodge a complaint with the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
The “Owner” guarantees that there is no form of automated decision-making process involving legal effects on the User.
Additional information on treatment
Defense in court
The User's personal data may be used by the “Owner” in court or in the preparatory stages of its possible establishment for defense against abuse by the User. The User is aware that the “Owner” may have to disclose processed personal data at the request of public authorities.
Specific disclosures
In addition to the information rendered with this notice, the “Owner”, at the User's request, provides the User with additional information regarding the collection and processing of personal data for specific services.
System logs and maintenance
For needs related to operation and maintenance, personal data (IP address) are collected through site access logs.
Cookie Policy
Cookies are small text files that visited sites send to the User's terminal, where they are stored, and then transmitted back to the same sites on the next visit.
The site uses:

- analytics cookies used to collect information, in aggregate form, on the number of Users and how they visit the Site.
