Purchase order and confirmation: listed countries in the Online Shop and unlisted countries
For destinations in countries listed in the Online Shop, the order is placed by completing the CHECKOUT procedure in the relevant section of the Website.
For destinations in countries that are not listed in the Online Shop, the order is placed by sending an email to email@example.com, indicating the items to be purchased and the buyer's details: name, surname, address.
After completing the order, the customer receives as soon as possible to the e-mail address indicated during the purchase procedure:
- the confirmation of the purchase, with the list of selected jewelry;
- the approximate time of sending the jewelry;
- in case of purchase of several jewels, they are sent by a single shipment, unless an explicit request of the customer for a diversified shipment.
Order execution time
The execution of the order to send the purchased jewelry takes place as promptly as possible, depending on its availability or the need for ad hoc realization.
In the case of immediate availability of the purchased jewelry, the shipment takes place as soon as possible, normally within 2 working days from the order confirmation email; in the case of ad hoc realization, Laura Volpi undertakes that the shipment takes place, at the latest, within 20 calendar days from the order confirmation email.
The above deadlines are merely indicative and do not imply any specific contractual obligation on the part of Laura Volpi; in any case, if they cannot be met, it is the responsibility of Laura Volpi to promptly notify the customer via email about any delays in sending.
Canceling or modifying an order
An order may be cancelled or modified at any time prior to shipment by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Following the cancellation or modification of the order, the customer will receive a confirmation email from Laura Volpi and a refund of the price paid.
Shipping: Freight charges, Customs duties, Delivery time, Tracking.
Shipping is done by proven couriers, selected according to the best service/price ratio depending on the destination.
Transportation costs are the responsibility of the customer and vary depending on the destination.
Shipping can take place either in Italy or abroad. In the case of shipment to non-EU countries, shipping costs do not include any customs duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.
The delivery times of the carriers used are about 2/3 days for shipments to Italy and 7/10 for shipments to EU countries; for non-EU countries the time may be a little longer.
Once the shipment has been made, the customer receives an email from Laura Volpi with the relative tracking, so that he/she can follow the progress of the shipment on the courier's website, or through its call-center, if any.
Dispute of shipment
Upon delivery by the carrier, the customer is required to check that the packaging is intact and not tampered with.
In case of tampering, the customer must immediately dispute the shipment by affixing the words "RESERVE TO CHECK GOODS FOR ....................." on the delivery document received from the carrier (state the reason).
The customer must subsequently report any damage within 24 hours of receipt of the package in the manner prescribed by the carrier that operated the shipment.
In the event that the shipment of the order is returned to Laura Volpi Gioielli for incorrect address provided by the customer or for finished storage in the warehouses of the courier, or for any other reason attributable to the negligence of the customer, a new shipment will be possible upon payment in advance of the same, according to the modalities that will be agreed by email.
Replacement and Returns (Right of Withdrawal)
The customer has the opportunity to withdraw from the purchase made online, without penalty and without having to give any explanation, in accordance with the conditions established by Legislative Decree 21/2014.
For the right of withdrawal to be exercised - and therefore the item(s) returned to the seller - it is, in particular, necessary that the item, its packaging and any other integral elements of the order are returned perfectly intact. If this condition is not met, Laura Volpi will return the purchased goods to the sender, at the customer's expense.
Customers who purchase personalized goods may not exercise the right of withdrawal.
The right of withdrawal may be exercised within 14 days of receipt of the goods by sending an email to email@example.com. In this communication, the customer must clearly indicate the good for which he/she intends to exercise the right, as well as the precise references of the bank account to which the refund is to be made.
To obtain a refund of the amount paid (excluding shipping costs), the customer must, at his or her own expense, return the goods he or she intends to return to the following address:

The refund will be made by Bank Transfer only after the correct receipt of the goods.
Within the same period of 14 days from the receipt of the shipment, the customer may request a replacement of the order, sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org for this purpose. The relevant shipping costs - for the return of the good to be replaced, and for sending the replacement - are borne by the customer.
